According to the brand, the Shake Shack West Coast Menu includes three new options and one returning favorite. They are: West Coast, West Coast Chicken Sandwich, and West Coast Loaded Fries. Also, Spicy Fries with Ranch returns.
The West Coast Burger starts with a quarter point 100% Angus Beef patty. Then, the cooks add American cheese, Shake Shack’s Secret Sauce, caramelized onions and honey mustard pickles.
The key to this burger is the flavor complexity. The caramelized onions’ sweetness with the tanginess of the honey mustard pickles is its own flavor road trip. It offers the balance to the well-seasoned beef.
