In the Green Room, guests will feast on specialties including Butter Braised Beef with confit potato, Classic Sliders with special sauce on mini brioche buns, Spring Pea & Ricotta Purses, Mini Bundt Cakes with Grand Marnier and fruit confit and Lavender Meringue Swirls. The specialty curated menu reflects specialty menu items that guests would enjoy on a Cunard ship.
