Time and again Krispy Kreme finds ways to be part of the pop culture conversation. From integrations with favorite summer blockbusters to holiday celebrations, the Original Glazed sits side by side with the special, limited-time doughnuts.

From June 11 through June 14, the Match Day Dozen features specialty soccer themed doughnuts as well as some all-time favorites. Even the person who does not know a mid-fielder from a striker.

Speaking about the soccer themed doughnuts, Alison Holder, Krispy Kreme Chief Brand and Product Officer said, “Soccer brings people together like nothing else, and fans are eager to share the excitement. Wherever you’re watching, the Match Day Dozen brings extra fun, flavor and color to every match.”

What Are the New Match Day Dozen Doughnuts?

For the limited time offering, the Krispy Kreme Match Day Dozen Doughnuts features two new doughnuts. Additionally, Original Glazed and Chocolate Iced with Sprinkles round out the dozen.

The two new specialty doughnuts are Kickoff Doughnuts and Soccer Rainbow Doughnuts. Both convey the soccer theme with clear visuals.

The Kickoff Doughnuts start with an unglazed shell doughnut filled. It is filled with Cookies & Kreme and dipped in green cookie dough icing. The doughnut is decorated with soccer field lines and a soccer ball piece.

The Soccer Rainbow Doughnuts start with an Original Glazed doughnut dipped in vanilla-flavored icing, sprinkled with rainbow nonpareil sprinkles, and topped with a flying soccer ball piece.

Krispy Kreme Rewards members have an opportunity to win an exclusive Krispy Kreme soccer jersey. To be entered, they must purchase a dozen doughnuts. More information is online.
