While the iconic Cheddar Bay Biscuits start every Red Lobster meal, specialty food menus tempt diners away from Walt’s shrimp and succulent pasta dishes. The new Lobsterfest Dishes vary from bold flavors to classic reinterpretations. With so many options, lobster fans will want to visit multiple times before the event ends.

Red Lobster has been smart with its re-imagined dining. It is more than endless shrimp that endeared the brand to its guests. The welcoming atmosphere that is never pretentious appeals to a diverse audience. Both the culinary adventurous and more mainstream can find food they want to enjoy.

As Damola Adamolekun, CEO of Red Lobster explained, “It’s our annual celebration that brings together our most iconic fan-favorite dishes alongside new lobster creations—all on one menu. Lobsterfest represents the best of what Red Lobster does: great seafood, great value, and a reason to come back and enjoy it again.”

Ready to Dive into Red Lobster’s New Lobsterfest Dishes?

According to Red Lobster, the new Lobsterfest Dishes are quite diverse. They are Create Your Own Lobster Lover’s Dream, Lobster Pasta au Gratin, Crispy Dragon Teriyaki Lobster, Lobsterfest Duo: Two “LobsterChops and Lobsterfest Boil.

Looking at this list, the Crispy Dragon Teriyaki Lobster is the most creative addition. The succulent lobster has a perfectly crispy coating. When paired with a sweet and spicy teriyaki sauce, it makes the crustacean’s tenderness even more luscious.

This dish shows Red Lobster’s ability to bring the “swicy” food trend to the table while still making it approachable. The sauce brings the sweet heat without pushing guests too far outside of their comfort zone.

More importantly, the Create Your Own Lobster Lover’s Dream is a smart way to give guests value. The customization is key to ensuring guests do not have to compromise. Additionally, the variety keeps the dish fresh for multiple visits.

Lastly, the Lobsterfest Boil proves that guests love the idea of a “boil.” The concept is not exactly “eatertainment,” but it is a bigger food experience. From presentation to portion size, people want more than just a plate in front of them.

Additionally, the Boil has become the “shareable” meal, both at the table and on social media. While restaurants brands continue to want to capitalize on “social buzz,” the reality is that the food/dish needs to work at the table and bring people back for another order. The Boils do that and it is important to keep a version on every “Fest” menu.

Red Lobster Lobsterfest is available now. Check with local restaurants for participation and pricing.
