Many sports fans know that food and beverage brands join sports conversations. It is more than sponsorships, player collaborations, or other seasonal offerings. When a team earns the title, companies know that it is the ultimate opportunity to connect with the moment.

For people who may not know, Snapple debuted in 1972, the last time the Knicks had a championship run. While everyone loves Snapple, this year’s moment is kismet to bring the two New York icons together.

According Snapple’s Instagram account, there is a limited edition, collectible bottle honoring the Knicks’ championship. While other brands have many cases hitting store shelves, this unique drop is far more exclusive.

To find one of these 100 specialty bottles, fans need to watch Snapple’s Instagram account. They will find clues to where these highly coveted bottles can be found throughout New York City.

Fans will have to use the clues to find the location. Snapple will not say specifically where the bottles will be found.

This special bottle is in collaboration with NYC creator @meals_by_cug. The bottle features classic Knicks colors, a similar font, and a nod to great run that the team had. It references the year, the phrases associated with the team, and the passion that the city has for its basketball team.
