Epcot Food and Wine 30th Anniversary is a momentous occasion. While Disney Parks has numerous new theme park experiences debuting, the beloved food festival always draws a huge crowd. This year, the menu features flavor icons and these blasts from the past are just as good as that first taste.

Year after year, the beloved Disney Parks festival delights its guests. Epcot draws on its past, present, and future to excited guests with flavorful plates, nuanced dishes, and thoughtful ingredient choices.

While new dishes have people running for that first bite, returning favorite foods draw people, too. Whether people can remember the first time that they enjoyed a filet mignon from the Canadian marketplace or long to enjoy another sip of the Guinness Shake from Ireland, these dishes are just as important as riding the Living with the Land on every visit.

What Specialty Epcot Food and Wine 30th Anniversary Foods Are a Must Eat?

Every year, Epcot Food and Wine’s menu expands with global flavors and food trends. From new marketplaces to hidden gems tucked into overlooked spots, it is impossible to eat every dish and drink every beverage in one visit. Luckily, the 2026 event runs from August 27 through November 21, 2026. That long duration allows people to visit, and visit often.

Since it is the 30th anniversary of the festival, Disney’s culinary team has brought back from favorite dishes from previous festivals. A “30” denotes the specialty dish coming back from the past. There are 30 of these beloved items.

A few highlights include: Roasted Lamb Chop (Australia), Taco de Camaron (Mexico), Dumplings Trio (China), Chicken Tikka Masala (India), Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese (The Alps), Paella Caldoso (Spain), Gulf Coast-style Seafood Roll (Hops & Barley), Spicy Temaki Hand Roll (Japan), Pão de Queijo (Brazil), and Trio d’Escargots, Garniture a l’ail et au Persil (France).

These dishes have been longstanding favorites for many reasons. First, they represent the cuisine well without being too daring. While some people will happily try alternative proteins and indigenous ingredients, many guests prefer to stay in their comfort zone.

For example, many people would not choose to cook lamb at home, but the Australian lamb dish is the must eat on every visit. The perfectly cooked medium rare chop with salt and vinegar potato chip crust is whimsical yet rooted in traditional cuisine. With that vibrant pesto, it feels like a restaurant quality dish without the pretentiousness.

Balancing a blast from the past with new food innovations is a smart choice for the 30th anniversary. As nostalgia continues to flavor food trends, Disney chefs understand that people crave the familiar. That longing for a special dish is part love of food and bringing back a memory of the first bite. It is another example of the magical memories that are part of Disney Parks.

It is time to grab a fork and dig into all the deliciousness that awaits at the 30th Epcot Food and Wine Festival. Have you made your park reservations yet?
