- 5 part(s) Cola
- Lemon wheel for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add ingredients to a Highball glass, add ice, and stir gently to combine.

Spain – Tinto de Verano
Instead of another sangria, this red wine cocktail brings the bubbles. The name literally translates to summer red wine. It is light and refreshing on a hot summer night.
Ingredients
- 2 part(s) Fruity Spanish Red Wine such as Garnacha
- 2 part(s) lemon-lime soda
- Lemon wedge for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add ingredients to a highball glass, add ice, and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge.
France – French 75
The classic cocktail, French 75, appeals to a wide audience. It is just tart enough to pair well with food or enjoyed on its own.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 part(s) Cognac or Gin
- 1/2 part(s) lemon juice
- 1/2 part(s) simple syrup
- 4 part(s) Sparkling Wine
- lemon twist to garnish
Instructions
- In cocktail shaker, combine Cognac or Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Add ice and shake for 20 seconds.
- Strain into chilled flute and top with Sparkling Wine.
- Garnish with lemon twist.
England – Pimm’s Cup
Even though Wimbledon is over, people are still thirsty for a Pimm’s Cup. The English classic is sweet, tart, and a touch spicy. If England can pull off an upset victory, everyone will be raising a glass.
Ingredients
- 1 part(s) Pimm’s No.1
- 1 part(s) Gin
- 1 part(s) Limoncello
- 4 part(s) Ginger Beer
- Muddled Strawberry and Cucumber (optional)
- Cucumber slices and Strawberry slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Layer ice and strawberry, cucumber and lemon slices in a collins or highball glass.
- If muddling, add cucumber and strawberry slices to shaker tin and muddle (optional).
- Add all other ingredients but Ginger Beer to shaker, add ice, and shake.
- Strain into decorated glass.
- Top with Ginger Beer.
- Garnish with more cucumber and strawberry slices (optional).
