While RTDs might be convenient, cocktail lovers thirst for sophisticated flavor. With the new Tequila Cazadores Pineapple Infused Tequila, drinkers get a convenient pour without sacrificing flavor.
The tequila market is crowded. From popular brands to celebrity backed offerings, it seems that pizzazz can overshadow craftsmanship.
For over 100 years, Tequila Cazadores has honed its craft. Harvesting agave from the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, the dedication to quality ingredients, time honored traditions, and emphasis on flavor. With its first flavor infused offering, that mindset flowed into every aspect of its creation.
Led by Master Distiller José Miguel Escobar, Cazadores Pineapple Infused Tequila begins with 100% Blue Weber Agave Tequila. The pineapple flavor adds a tropical note, a touch of sweetness, and a roundness with juicy qualities.
According to Jay Needham, Bacardi’s Senior Global Brand Director for Tequila Cazadores & Agave Spirit, “This launch marks an exciting expansion for Tequila Cazadores as our first-ever infused tequila. Pineapple was a natural choice for the brand, driven by its growing popularity in cocktail culture and deep roots in Mexican cuisine and celebration. With Cazadores Pineapple Infused Tequila, we’re offering consumers a fresh, approachable way to enjoy elevated cocktails, from a Pineapple Margarita to simple serves that fit a variety of occasions. “
How to Enjoy Cazadores Pineapple Infused Tequila
Since the Cazadores Pineapple Infused Tequila has a flavor base, it can be used both on its own and as an ingredient in a cocktail. That versatility makes it a smart buy for any tequila lover.
For a simple idea, this infused tequila would be lovely as a version of Ranch Water. A splash of mineral water or tonic water makes for a vibrant, refreshing sipper. Served on its own or with a pineapple wedge, it can be quite delightful on a warm summer day.
The brand shared a bold cocktail featuring the infused tequila. This cocktail amplifies the pineapple flavor while adding a touch of heat. Personally, I would add a slice or two of serranoes in the glass. That slow burn compliments the fruit’s sweetness.
