As the world counts down to the biggest soccer event of the summer, Buffalo Wild Wings Matchday Menu is the must eat and drink options for all the action. New sauces, colorful cocktails and a beer tower ensure that guests will have everything they crave at their fingertips.
Even though most people think of the “Big Game” as the ultimate sporting event, the upcoming summer of soccer unites fans from across the globe. Even if people do not know what it means to be offsides or the difference between a penalty kick and a corner kick, people want to cheer for their favorite team. From chants of Team USA to waving that soccer scarf in the air, there are plenty of ways to embrace the summer of soccer.
As America’s sports bar, B-Dubs appreciates that it needs to be part of the action. It is more than having all the games on their screens. It is adding a taste of the culture to the total game day experience.
Speaking about the new Matchday Menu offerings, Tristan Meline, President of Buffalo Wild Wings said, “For the fans who are in it from kickoff to the final whistle, we’ve got your matchday covered. Bold, global flavors to mix, match and share – plus cocktails, beer towers, and creative pours to keep the energy high. B-Dubs has the best seat in the house for every match – no matter what team you’re rooting for.”
What Food Items Are on the Buffalo Wild Wings Matchday Menu?
Available starting on June 11 at participating restaurants, the Buffalo Wild Wings Matchday Menu includes six new dipping sauces, two cocktails, Michelob Ultra Beer Towers, and a fiery Blazin’ Challenge.
The six new dipping sauces are globally influenced flavors inspired by various teams. They are: Peri Peri (South Africa), Yuzu Wasabi (Asia), Maple Sweet Chili (Canada), Sweet Curry (Europe), Sweet Curry (Europe), Smoky Elote (Mexico), and Creamy Chimichurri (South America). The flavor diversity is tremendous. It might be hard to pick a favorite.
Personally, I’m asking for a second helping of the Peri Peri. Always a favorite, if B-Dubs gets just the right amount of heat with the savory notes, this sauce should become a permanent menu item. It might make another restaurant brand jealous.
The most interesting option is the chimichurri. Usually more of a sauce than a dip, the herbaceous notes should keep every bite light. Although it is not the sauerkraut chimichurri from the Next Level Chef winner, it could have people re-thinking their chicken pairings.
Lastly, it would have been nice for B-Dubs to pick a different Canadian option. Since swicy has run its course, something different with the maple infusion could have been nice. Canada has a lot of culinary diversity.

To help guests try them all, Buffalo Wild Wings offers special bundles. Guest can order the following:
- Around the World Dip Flight: All six dipping sauces served together for mixing and sharing while watching the action.
- Around the World Sampler: All six dipping sauces paired with a choice of four shareable appetizers, making it easy for the whole table to explore bold new flavors.
- Around the World Dipper Bundle: Chicken dippers (classic or spicy) and fries served alongside all six dipping sauces for a craveable mix of comfort food and rich, worldly flavor.
What Beverages Pair Perfectly with the new Buffalo Wild Wings Matchday Menu?
B-Dubs has three epic beverage offerings on the Matchday menu. First, beer fans will want to order the 100-ounce Michelob Ultra Beer Towers. It is perfect for a group. Not only is it fun to serve yourself, it is great for people who might only want a half pour.
While this option is not for an individual, it is a good choice for all-day watching. After all, not one wants to be empty handed when it is time to toast that epic score.
Additionally, B-Dubs added two specialty cocktails. They are Red Card Punch and Yellow Card Margarita. While the color connection to soccer is obvious, the flavors are perfect for summertime.
The Yellow Card Margarita combines features Casamigos Reposado, Cointreau, mango, vanilla, lime sour, fresh lime and a Grand Marnier float, finished with a Tajin rim and yellow card trinket. While it sounds like a margarita, the vanilla is unusual.
While the vanilla works well in many cocktails, it is not standard in a sour cocktail. The warm, comforting flavor could turn this cocktail into a slow sipper.
That hint of sugar can also temper the spicy sauces. In a way, it might be the unexpected twist that more people try.
The Red Punch Card features coconut rum, strawberry, pineapple juice and lime, finished with a strawberry sugar rim and a red card trinket. It is sweet but feels fun. Even though this cocktail could use another non-sweet or non-fruity ingredient for balance, many people could use this beverage as a swap for dessert. Maybe it is the last sip of the day.
