The Baked by Melissa Summer Collection transforms classic ice cream flavors into its bite-sized cupcakes. The flavors are Caramel Cone, Vanilla & Chocolate Swirl, S’moreo, Chocolate & Sprinkles, and Vanilla & Sprinkles.
The brand describes the flavors as follows:
- Caramel Cone – White vanilla cake stuffed with dulce de leche topped with salted caramel icing and white chocolate ice cream cone brittle with caramel drizzle
- Vanilla & Chocolate Swirl – Yellow cake topped with chocolate and vanilla swirl icing and rainbow sprinkles
- S’moreo – Chocolate cake overstuffed with Biscoff topped with cookies and cream icing and mini marshmallow & Oreo cookie piece
- Chocolate & Sprinkles – Chocolate Cake, Topped with Chocolate icing and Rainbow Sprinkles

Looking at the five flavors, the top choice is the Caramel Cone. The combination of sweet, salty, and a little crunchy feels sophisticated yet fun. It needs that salted caramel note to break up all the sweet notes. In a way, it might not have needed the dulce de leche filling.
It would have been nice to see a fruity option in the line-up. Even just a strawberries and cream would be a fun addition.
