As The World’s Most Famous Arena, Madison Square Garden understands that guests crave delicious food alongside epic event events. Whether fans cheer the New York Knicks, New York Rangers or watch iconic performers take the stage, those memorable minutes under the lights are made even better with delicious food and beverages. The new strategic partnership with Impossible Foods puts culinary innovation front and center.

Decades ago, sports fans were content to eat a simple pretzel, bucket of popcorn or even just a pizza slice. Today, people want a total food experience served with the game. When a favorite team wins, it is even more satisfying when served with delicious food and beverages.

Madison Square Garden understands that it needs to elevate its food and beverage experiences. It is more than chef-focused names or visually impressive entrees. Flavor, innovation and approachability are key components to make guests come back to the concession stand time and again.

The new Impossible Grille at Madison Square Garden features a wide array of Impossible Foods’ dishes. The items are both traditional and a nod to New York favorite foods. Whether guests prefer a plant-based lifestyle or just want to switch up their routine, these dishes impress with creativity.

As Doug Jossem, Executive Vice President Global Sports and Entertainment Partnerships, MSG Entertainment explained, “This partnership with Impossible Foods represents another step in diversifying our culinary offerings for guests. Adding Impossible Foods’ celebrated plant-based options reflects our commitment to meeting evolving dietary preferences while maintaining the standards our fans expect when they come to events at The Garden.

What Can Guests Expect from the Madison Square Garden Impossible Grille Menu?

In addition to being the Official Plant-Based Burger Partner of Madison Square Garden, New York Knicks and New York Rangers, the Madison Square Garden Impossible Grille Menu showcases traditional sports food alongside interpretations of globally inspired favorites and a NYC staple.

The concession stand’s menu features the following items: Impossible Double Stack Smashburger, Impossible Banh Mi Hot Dog, Orange Impossible Chicken Bowl, Impossible Steak Quesadilla and Loaded Impossible Chopped Cheese Fries.

The must try dish is the Loaded Impossible Chopped Cheese Fries. New Yorkers love their chopped cheese. This interpretation features Impossible Beef, onions, plant-based cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, pickled jalapeños, and Rafters Sauce.

While it is great for sharing, some people may want to keep an order all to themselves. The Impossible Beef is smartly seasoned and stands up to the tangy pickled jalapenos and craveable Rafters Sauce. Overall, it is approachable yet creative.

The Impossible Banh Mi Hot Dog is another menu highlight. It captures the traditional dish, but has a few twists. Plus, it uses a plant-based dijonnaise which opens it up to a wider audience.

Plus, all the ingredients create layers of flavor. From the pickled daikon to the Persian cucumber and Thai basil, every bite is bright, slightly tangy and quite satisfying.

From the Impossible Double Stack Smashburger to the Orange Impossible Chicken Bowl, guests will hit up the Impossible Grille before and during the game. Plus, the variety ensures that everyone has something to enjoy and no one will ever get food boredom.

Additionally, the Impossible Burger, as well as other Impossible Foods offerings, will be available at other concession stands around the arena. Guests throughout The Garden will have more plant-based food options.

The multiyear partnership will be featured throughout the arena. Additionally, special promotions will happen during Knicks and Rangers games.
