Did Dunkin’s Super Bowl LX commercial make you thirsty for an iced coffee? Another memorable pop culture moment won the ad game. There might not be a track suit in the shopping cart, but this Good Wil Dunkin’ had everyone watching, and re-watching that commercial.
Packed with more cameos than the Bad Bunny halftime show’s set changes, Good Will Dunkin’ was an unexpected take that had everyone stopping to watch. Even if you did not realize that it was Tom Brady as Jennifer Anniston’s new man, it is worthy of a second or third watch.
This re-imagination of Good Will Hunting was smart for Dunkin. Even though a few catch phrases felt a little forced and a few moments will be lost on the TikTok generation, it felt timely. Just like newstalgia flavors many food launches, this blast back to the 90s feels relevant.
As said Jill Nelson, chief marketing officer at Dunkin’ explained, “The ’90s gave us iconic sitcoms, and Dunkin’ gave the world iced coffee. Good Will Dunkin’ brings us back in time to imagine the moment those worlds collided. It’s a reminder that Dunkin’ has always been part of everyday culture, and proof that it always will be.”
Good Will Dunkin’ Brought Together All the Sitcom Stars
If people did not catch every cameo, the list of stars included Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, Jason
Alexander, Ted Danson, Alfonso Ribeiro, Jaleel White and Jasmine Guy. Also, Ben Affleck and Tom Brady appeared. This version might not be quite as stylish as DunKings, but it is better than quite a many Super Bowl commercials.
Plus, Dunkin wants people to get a little pick me up on Monday morning. The brand is giving away 1.995million free iced coffees of any size on February 9, 2026. To redeem the offer, use the code GOODWILLDUNKIN in the Dunkin’ app.
The offer is available to Dunkin’ Rewards Members while supplies last. Additional terms can be found in the app.
Did Dunkin’ win the Super Bowl commercial showdown? No matter the commentary, everyone wins with free iced coffee.
