While other coffee brands jump on the matcha trend, Caribou Coffee appreciates that people appreciate routines. Familiarity brings comfort. When those food and beverages balance craving with an innovative twist, the menu earns high praise. Caribou Coffee is poised for big things in 2026.
Starting on January 2, Caribou Coffee starts its Winter Menu. The items include the fan-favorite Cinnamon Sugar beverages. Additionally, new food choices, Breakfast Bowls, play into the protein-packed trend.
Speaking about the 2026 Winter Menu, Carrie Sazama, Director of Product, Caribou Coffee said, “As guests settle into their routines after the holidays, we wanted to create a menu that brings together comfort, balance and a little everyday joy. Our new Breakfast Bowls offer a flavorful and nutritious option guests can feel good about, and when combined with the return of our Cinnamon Sugar lineup and new everyday value offerings, it’s a winter menu designed to meet guests where they are.”
Caribou Coffee Cinnamon Sugar Beverages Return
Coffee drinkers swoon over the cozy cinnamon flavors with a serving of sweetness. The 2026 Winter Menu includes two new drinks and several returning favorites.
The beverage menu includes: NEW Cinnamon Sugar Nitro High Rise, NEW Cinnamon Sugar Cold Foam, Cinnamon Sugar Latte, Cinnamon Sugar Mocha, and Cinnamon Sugar Caramel Espresso Shaker.
Caribou Coffee smartly uses oatmilk in several of its offerings. For example, the Cinnamon Sugar Code Foam features oatmilk. Not only does it make this beverage more inclusive, it offers a delectable viscosity to its cold foam.
Also, the new Cinnamon Sugar Nitro High Rise is a curious play on an indulgent offering without turning it into dessert. Similar to a dirty soda, the combination of flavors, consistencies and ingredients make this beverage a delicious drinking experience.
New Breakfast Bowls Balance Flavor and Function
The new breakfast bowls check the box on many balanced eating priorities. At just 250 calories, the protein-rich Breakfast Bowls are also gluten-free. Using cage-free eggs as a base, the two options are Denver Breakfast Bowl and Vegetarian Breakfast Bowl.
The Vegetarian Breakfast Bowl is only 200 calories but it is a hearty meal. In addition to the eggs, the bowl includes potatoes, red bell peppers, onions and spinach. It is topped with Monterey jack cheese and salsa verde.
Denver Breakfast Bowl has 250 calories and 16 grams of protein. It is a classic combination of scrambled eggs, potatoes, ham, green peppers, onions and cheddar cheese. The bowl format makes the familiar seem new.
Caribou Coffee kicks off 2026 with a bang. Hopefully, they will keep the momentum going all year long.
