For those lucky enough to snag a reservation for this year’s UOAP Passholder Nights, three exclusive menu items will be available. The specialty items include a favorite HHN food.
Universal Orlando Resort finds creative ways to celebrate its passholders. Those guests know all the tricks to the best Men In Black score or know the secret spot to avoid the crowds in the Wizarding World. Whether these guests visit every weekend or a few times a year, every theme park visit has both familiar and new experiences.
Passholder Nights is a huge event for Universal Orlando. As many people know, the reservations can disappear more quickly than it takes to drink a Butterbeer. For anyone who got one, they are in for a real treat. There are three exclusive food items on the menu for those two nights.
According to the theme park, the three food items are Apple Pie Crepes, Classic Pizza Fries, and Vegan Pizza Fries. Yes, the beloved HHN food is back before the fog gathers in the park.
The always popular pizza fries are just like everyone remembers. Perfectly fried French fries are topped with marinara sauce, Mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and sausage. The Vegan option features vegan versions of the same items.
The classic food mash-up always satisfies. Plus, it gets everyone exited for the upcoming HHN 35 food offerings. The Pizza Fries will be sold at DreamWorks Imagination Café.
The Apple Pie Crepes are available at Central Park Crepes. The crepes include apple compote, mascarpone cheese, grilled red apples and a brown sugar crumble.

Enjoy These Specialty Food Items Before Passholder Nights
While the specialty event is fleeting, Universal Orlando Resort celebrates its passholders from August 15 through September 30. During that whole duration, CityWalk restaurants and theme park restaurants have specialty food offerings, too.
Recently, several of the Universal Orlando Culinary Team members shared their inspiration behind these specialty menu items. From the Rocky Road Donut at Voodoo Donut to Island Fire Chicken and Waffles at Bob Marley- A Tribute to Freedom, the chefs understood the assignment. These dishes blend familiar favorites with creative twists.
A great example is the Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza at Louie’s Italian Restaurant. The pizza balances familiar with a more sophisticated flavor combination. As Chef Xerxes Samadan said, this is not the typical theme park pizza. Anyone can serve a plain slice. This option is unctuous, peppery, and quite delicious.
That sentiment can be tasted in every menu item. Guests want a dish that is different yet not totally out of the ordinary. No one is expecting tweezer food, but they do not want just another plain hot dog.
Passholders want more from the culinary team. Yes, they will happily stop by the theme parks for a Butterbeer waffle on a Saturday morning, but they equally are willing to seek out the newest menu item. More importantly, they are not shy about speaking their mind. If these specialty dishes impress the tough critics, they are destined to be a hit.
Hungry yet? What favorite Universal Orlando food do you always eat? Is there a dish that you wish would return to the menu?
