What Is the New Krispy Kreme Summer Seasonal Collection?
The new Krispy Kreme Summer Seasonal Collection hits stores on June 16. The menu includes two new doughnuts, two returning doughnuts, and two new Chiller beverages.
The summer doughnuts are: Original Glazed Strawberry Cake Doughnut, Lemon Bar Doughnut, Key Lime Pie Doughnut and Cannoli Inspired Doughnut. The beverages are: Watermelon Infused Lemonade Chiller and Mango Infused Lemonade Chiller.
The Original Glazed Strawberry Cake Doughnut will be an instant hit. The Original Glazed old-fashioned cake doughnut takes on a strawberry flavor.
This doughnut would be a great swap for a strawberry shortcake. Topped with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, or even ice cream, it brings that extra sweetness to the summertime staple.
The Lemon Bar Doughnut is smart transformation of another summertime dessert staple. The lemon flavor has just the right amount of pucker to make the sweeter toppings pop. On a hot summer day, it is hard to eat just one.
