While the theme parks thrilling roller coaster plunge from extreme heights and give guests abundant thrills, the 2026 SeaWorld Orlando Seven Seas Food Festival celebrates complex, diverse and abundant global flavors. Ready to dive into a sea of deliciousness?
Theme park food festivals are big business. Even though classic food items, creative collaborations and other special offerings fill the menu, the limited time, special events encourage guests to make a special visit. It is more than an excuse; it is a desire to not be left out.
The 2026 SeaWorld Orlando Seven Seas Food Festival features over 200 food and beverage offerings. From classic Italian dishes to twists on classic Irish fare, these items appeal to both the food adventurous and those preferring familiar dishes.
Similar to previous years, SeaWorld Orlando offers a tasting lanyard. Since value is always a top priority in the food world, this option is perfect for couples, families or frequent visitors. Annual passholders even get a bonus option.
For anyone who is going to purchase more than four dishes, the lanyard is the smart choice. Since some dishes are more than $11, the return on investment is favorable. Plus, the lanyard can be used over multiple visits.
What Is New at 2026 SeaWorld Orlando Seven Seas Food Festival?
In addition to new dishes and beverages, the 2026 SeaWorld Orlando Seven Seas Food Festival offers a new rotating menu. Divided into three periods, several booths have this option.
Although some people wish that a few dishes remain for the entire food festival, this concept encourages guests to visit the theme park time and again. It is smart concept to entice and create that FOMO moment.
Additionally, this concept is smart for SeaWorld. The rotating menu allows the culinary team to test flavors and dishes. Seeing how many people order, share and promote the various items is vital to a successful festival. After all, is food really enjoyed without people putting it on their social media?

5 Must Try Dishes at 2026 SeaWorld Orlando Seven Seas Food Festival
With over 200 food and beverage options throughout the event, it is impossible to try everything during one visit. Still, prioritizing a few choices makes the expansive menu more approachable.
Reuben Egg Roll – Irish Market
A returning favorite, the Reuben Egg Roll is served over some crispy noodles. What makes this dish a standout is the flavor.
First, there is ample amounts of corned beef. While the tangy sauerkraut helps to cut through the robust meat, it does not overpower the corned beef.
Additionally, having the sauce as a dip is smart. No one wants sauce to overpower all the other ingredients.
Overall, the Reuben Egg Roll is a hearty dish and quite filling. It should priority order.
Mushroom Swiss Truffle Burger – Beats and Bites, Rotating Menu
Although theme park hamburgers can be hit and miss, this Mushroom Swiss Burger is a must order. This burger looks like a version from a gastro pub. It has the flavors that people expect from a sit-down restaurant.
The earthy truffle with the tangy Swiss cheese is a classic combination. Luckily, the truffle does not overpower. It is a smart burger choice.
More importantly, consider pairing it with a craft beer. Although the beers were not available during my visit, I happily walked over to Flamecraft bar and got a draft.
Tuna Poke Bowl – Polynesian Market
Sometimes a lighter meal hits just right. The Tuna Poke Bowl is a smart choice. The combination of marinated tuna, rice, avocado and edamame is a great option for seafood lovers.
The key to this dish is the marinade. It is just tangy enough without being too salty. While I would prefer some furikake versus sesame seeds, this dish proves the SeaWorld culinary team wants to elevate its menu.
Corn Fritters – North Atlantic, rotating menu
Sometimes a poppable snack adds some fun to the day. These corn fritters are just the right size for mini bites.
The biggest selling point is the pieces of whole corn in the fritter. It adds contrasting texture to the crispy coating.
Yes, they are crispy, like the outside of a tater tot. It feels a little sophisticated without being pretentious.
Lastly, the spicy aioli is nice. It feels somewhat like a thousand island with pepper. A spicier dipping sauce would be better to contrast the sweet corn.
Southern Charm Cupcake with White Russian – Old Fashioned Milk Co.
Even adults deserve a fun treat. The Southern Charm Cupcake is a returning favorite and is just for adults. Made with Jack Daniels Honey, the subtle sweet whiskey invited me to sit a spell and enjoy the dessert.
The cupcake has bacon crumbles. While the salty note is nice, it would be better served with some salty pecans. Yes, everything is better with bacon, but a crunchy item would bring some needed texture.
Also, pairing it with a White Russian is delightful. The creamy cocktail feels like an adult milk. It might not be a milk and cookies pairing, but it is an adult riff on a classic dessert option.
2026 SeaWorld Orlando Seven Seas Food Festival runs now through May 17, 2026. Food booths are open Thursday through Sunday.
Additionally, the festival has a diverse line-up of weekend concerts. Those performances are included in the admission price.
