As protein forward snacks continue to trend, food brands find flavorful ways to stand out in the snack aisle. Epic Sticks launches with four flavors that will appeal to people who want better ingredients and full flavor.

Years ago people happily snapped into a meat stick and never thought about the separated ingredients in the packaging. Today’s consumer is much more savvy. People read labels, choose wisely, and will not compromise on their choices.

Epic has been the food brand that focuses on quality ingredients and flavorful choices. From 100% grass-fed beef to free-range chicken, every bite satisfies. Additionally, the gluten free, dairy free, and Paleo-friendly meat sticks allow a large audience to enjoy these protein-packed snacks.

Speaking about how Epic operates, Scott Baldwin, Vice President and Business Unit Director of Bars at General Mills said, “We knew Epic had to do what we’ve always done and bring something different to the snack aisle. From the rich taste of Wagyu Beef to the sweet-and-savory combination of Hot Honey Chicken, we wanted to bring some of the delicious, on-trend flavors people already love to a convenient meat[1]stick format made for wherever your day takes you.”

What are the New Epic Sticks Flavors?

The new Epic Sticks come in four flavors. They are Original Beef, Wagyu Beef, Rotisserie Chicken, and Hot Honey Chicken. Each one delivers the taste that people have come to expect from the brand. Plus, it incorporates from food trends into every bite.

The most successful flavor is Wagyu Beef. While the tender, rich meat dominates, the underlying savory seasonings and hint of honey adds complexity. This item is not just a meat stick. It is a snack experience. Conveniently packaged food can have elevated flavor.

The other must try flavor is the Hot Honey Chicken. Each bite is more than just a punch of spice. The contrast comes through in a delicious way. That slow burn entices another bite.

Epic’s expansion into the sticks category is smart for the food brand. Not only does it fall into the protein-packed snacks and meat stick trend, it has a built-in audience. Many people prefer Epic and its elevated flavors. Adding another version gives consumers variety. Whether it is a grab and go snack or a part of a bigger meal, Epic is always a smart choice.

Epic Sticks are available at Sprouts and Amazon. A larger rollout will happen in 2027.
