From peach flavored foods to a Coke Dirty Soda, the new Seattle Mariners Mid-Season Menu at T-Mobile Park has cheering for more. Instead of just another hot dog and Cracker Jack, these seasonal, chef-inspired dishes satisfy any and every craving that baseball fans have.

The T-Mobile Park culinary team continues to impress with its food and beverage offerings. While the fun serving vessels fill people’s socials, it is the carefully crafted, layered flavors that have people anticipating the first bite.

The new Seattle Mariners mid-Season menu becomes available on July 17. After a successful first half of the MLB season, the second half of the season looks to be even more exciting. From twists on fish and chips to seasonal corn dishes, baseball fans better bring their appetite to the ballpark.

Must Order T-Mobile Park Seattle Mariners Mid-Season Menu Items

While there are 13 new menu items available, a few food choices are a must order. For those fans with unlimited budgets and hearty appetites, they can traverse the stadium devouring seasonal corn, chicken sandwiches, and a few over the top desserts.

T-Mobile Park leverages visually creative serveware to its advantage. For example, Ivar’s Copper River 3 Piece Salmon and Chips is a great example. Yes, people love the boat dish, but the fish is the real star. Plus, Ivar’s signature tartar sauce is just as tasty on salmon as it is on the French fries.

Another top choice is the Peach Glazed Pork Belly Burnt Ends. Available at Rolling Smoke, the pork belly is deliciously unctuous. Plus, the savory peach blaze is the star. It feels like late summer but it is also bright and juicy. Contrasting the hearty pork belly, it is a beautifully composed bite.

Lastly, the Capital Hill Corn (Seattle Street Corn) is a lovely interpretation of seasonal produce. Combining miso aioli, furikake, crispy pork belly, green onion, those savory notes contrast the sweet corn. It is a dish that fans will want to recreate at home.

Which T-Mobile Park Desserts Make Seattle Mariners Fans Swoon?

While everyone lines up for a dish of Salt & Straw ice cream, another dessert has people happily devouring that sweet treat. There are three specialty churros that are better than any theme park option.

The three churro flavors are Fluffernutter, Fruit Cereal, and Apple Pie. While the Fruit Cereal has a tasty cereal milk frosting, it is the Fluffernutter that is a must order.

Topped with peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, crunch peanuts and chocolate, it is a salty and sweet dessert. Adding peanuts is smart. That salty note cuts through the sweetness. Even though it might be a little over the top, a little spice would have been nice. Even a hot honey drizzle or a pepper infused chocolate would have been nice.

The Apple Pie churro is a smart interpretation of an All-American summer dessert. Topping sugar churros with apple butter, caramel, and pie crust feels like a slice of apple pie. But, it is much easier to eat at a stadium.

From savory meals to sweet endings, T-Mobile Park’s Seattle Mariners mid-Season menu will be a huge hit. Hopefully, it brings good luck to the home team as well.
