Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Teremana Blanco
  • ½ oz lime
  • 1 ¼ avocado cordial (see below)

Method:

Avocado cordial ingredients

  • 3 avocados
  • ¾ oz lime
  • ¾ oz lemon
  • ⅛ tsp of spirulina
  • 5 oz agave syrup (2 to 1 water heated on stove until integrated, cover and refrigerate)
  • Method: Peel seed avocados, combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Lobos Bergamot Margarita

Bergamot is not a traditional ingredient, but it adds a punch of flavor. This Lobos margarita recipe is for the culinary adventurous. It is one that people will not forget.

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz Lobos 1707 Reposado
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz Italicus Bergamot Liqueur
  • 1 barspoon agave syrup
  • Half rim of sea salt

Method:

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks or margarita glass with a half salt rim. (Alternatively, serve up with no ice.)

LALO Spicy Cucumber Margarita

Cucumbers meld with many ingredients and add a refreshing brightness. This margarita is a touch sweet and spicy. The cucumbers keep the flavor balanced and add a hint of complexity. It is the cocktail that will have people asking for a second one.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz LALO Tequila
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • 1.5oz pineapple juice
  • ½ of a small cucumber
  • 2-4 slices of jalapeño
  • 1-2 tbsps honey or agave syrup

Method

  • Rim edge of glass with lime wedge and dip in Tajín or salt. Add ingredients to the blender and strain when smooth. In a cocktail shaker, muddle slices of jalapeño, ice, cocktail mix and shake until chilled. Strain into glass. Serve with extra lime wedges and garnish with jalapeño slices.

Matcha Margarita

Matcha is everywhere. For anyone who loves that latte, consider adding some matcha to a margarita. It will bring a touch of earthiness. Overall, it is well balanced and quite surprising.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Blanco tequila
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 0.75 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder

Method:

  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake until well-chilled
  • Strain into a chilled Old Fashioned Glass
  • Garnish with a lime slice
